Information We Collect and Sources of Information

We collect Personal Information about you when you provide it to us directly. We may also receive information about you from third-party sources, or through automated collection and tracking features associated with our products and services. Some HDMZ products or services may collect different or additional categories of Personal Information which will be explained in more detail within the privacy policy for those specific products or services.

     Identifiers.   We collect personal identifiers about you, such as name, postal address, email address, and phone number. We collect this information when you provide it to us directly (such as when you sign up for a service). We may also collect this information from third party sources (such as from trade shows or other business gatherings which are designed to facilitate showcasing products and exchanging business contact information). We may also collect this information from publicly available sources (such as professional business listings or business-related social media). We may also collect demographic information, such as age, gender, or occupation, or clickstream data such as interactions with the Site.

     Voice and Physical Appearance.   We may collect, store, and process information you transmit through our communications applications and platforms (such as Zoom, Teams, etc.) during calls and meetings. Some of these applications may utilize artificial intelligence systems to assist in processing the calls or meetings (such as for summarizing action items or creating notes from the meeting or call).

     Professional or Employment-Related Information.   We may collect information about your professional position in the course of discussing our products and services or for employment purposes.

     Internet or Similar Network Activity.   We log all connections to our web servers, which may include a unique user identifier, including, but not limited to your IP address and/or your mobile operating system (OS), and other commonly used mobile device identifiers (a “User Identifier”). A User Identifier is general information about your location, connection to the Internet, and your Internet or mobile phone service provider. We use your User Identifier to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website or our products and services. We may collect information about the HDMZ website you visit and which specific pages on our website that you navigate through. When you use our online services, we may retain a record of your activity.

Automated Processing and Tracking Technology

     Automated Decision-Making.   We do not use automated decision-making or profiling technology. However, we may apply programmatic and audience-building tools for our own marketing or marketing efforts we undertake on behalf of our clients.

     Our new applicant portal is provided by BambooHR.   Information which HDMZ collects from your use of the applicant portal is subject to this Privacy Policy. Information which HDMZ receives from BambooHR about your use of the applicant portal is also subject to this Privacy Policy.

However, BambooHR may directly collect information from or about you when you use the applicant portal. HDMZ is not responsible for information which BambooHR collects from you directly (see the section below titled “Policies of Other Websites”). BambooHR also uses cookies to track and monitor certain information about your use of the online learning portal. Data Retention
